Accommodation
A number of University of Warwick campus bedrooms have been reserved for the Super Meeting – however, early booking is advised.
Booking Instructions:
The University of Warwick have set up a dedicated conference accommodation booking site, details of pricing and availability are given there.
You will need to provide your credit card details at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The BMSS and BSPR will not have sight of your card details.
Travel
The University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7AL, is conveniently located in the heart of England, 4 miles from the centre of Coventry, and is well connected by the motorway network and public transport.

Car parking
Complimentary car parking is available for delegates, this can be prebooked through Apcoa. A discount code will be included in the Delegate Information Pack when available.
Alternatively, if you do not register in advance of arrival you will need to use the pay-by-phone system.

Public transport
Coventry railway station is approximately 4 miles from campus. Taxis are available outside the station.
There are regular bus services to the University Campus from the railway station, with the journey taking approximately 30 minutes. The nearest bus stop to Central Campus is the University of Warwick Bus Interchange. Further bus information is available on the National Express website.
Birmingham International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from Campus by car. There is a taxi rank at the airport and there is also a train service which departs from Birmingham International Station and takes approximately 15 minutes.
