The BMSS and BSPR invite you to participate in the Super Meeting 2024 Social Programme.

4^th September 2024: Dai Games Symposium & Social Evening Supper (included in meeting registration):

The Society warmly welcomes all registered Super Meeting delegates to our buffet supper & social event on the evening of Wednesday 4^th September at the Warwick Arts Centre at 1900 BST.

The standard menu for the event will be made available on this page in due course.

5^th September 2024: LGBTQ+ & Friends ‘Get-Together (ad hoc/pay as you go):

The BMSS LGBTQ+ Group warmly welcomes colleagues and friends to join us for an informal get-together at 1800 BST, just prior to the Conference Dinner, venue TBC.

5^th September 2024: Conference Dinner (entry by pre-booked ticket at an additional charge):

The Super Meeting conference dinner will be held at 1900 BST on the evening of Thursday 5^th September in the Panorama Suite of the Rootes Building, University of Warwick. Attendance at the Conference Dinner is an optional extra (i.e. involving an incremental pre-paid ticket charge of £55). If you wish to attend the Conference Dinner please purchase a ticket when you register online for the Super Meeting. Please contact the BMSS Administrator if you have already registered for the meeting and now wish to retrospectively add a conference dinner booking. Conference Dinner Registration closes at midnight on Sunday 18^th of August 2024.

Note: A 'green star' on the delegate badge denotes a conference dinner booking. Your delegate badge will also act as your conference dinner ticket and so please remember to bring your badge with you to the dinner!

Dress code: smart casual

Vegetarian options will be offered as standard. Colleagues who require more specific dietary options should indicate their preference on their meeting registration/dinner ticket purchase form.
