BMSS40 CONFERENCE DINNER

Dear Members and Delegates,

It is with regret that I must inform you that we have had to change the location of the BMSS40 Conference Dinner on the evening of the 4th September.

The Dinner will now take place at the Manchester Piccadilly Mercure Hotel at the intersection of Portland Street and Piccadilly Gardens.

The society was summarily informed on the 22nd August, just seven working days before the start of the Annual Meeting, that the National Football Museum would not be able to host our event.

The organising team have worked vigorously to make alternate arrangements on behalf of the society at very short notice.

The BMSS Executive Committee greatly appreciates your support and forbearance in this unavoidable circumstance.

I hope that you will enjoy your evening together with your friends and fellow members.

CONFERENCE DINNER:

• Mercure Piccadilly Hotel, 19:00, 4th September 2019 
• Pre-Dinner drinks reception 19:00 -20:00.
• Dinner (please take your seat promptly) 20:00 - 23:00.
• Entry is strictly by ticket only (must be pre-purchased on-line).
• Transport from the RNCM to the Mercure Hotel is not included.
• The Mercure Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the RNCM (1.0 miles).
• The hotel is very close to the PICCADILLY GARDENS Metrolink.
