Exhibition Information
Pre-event deliveries:
Advance shipment must be made by prior arrangement (with the meeting organisers) .
A delivery document must then be completed (see Resources Section below) and attached to the outside of the shipment.

Exhibition Space:
Exhibition set up is from 08:00 on the 1st of February 2024.
Teardown is from 17:00.
Each exhibition plot includes:
- Single standard ‘bare’ plot: 3 x 2 m (6 sqm)
- 2 x 13 Amp power sockets included
- 1 x table, 1 x tablecloth and 2 x chairs included per plot
- 1 x full registration badge included per plot (Additional colleagues wishing to attend the meeting must register separately as a paying delegate)
