Virtual Biomacromolecular Structure SIG

27th JULY 2020 09:30 BST (GMT+1)

09:30   BMSS WORKSHOP on HDX & CARBENE FOOTPRINTING

  •    Neil Oldham, University of Nottingham, UK.
  •    Kate Groves, LGC, London, UK.

The BMSS Biomacromolecular Structure Special Interest Group (BMS SIG) aims to provide training and a forum for discussion on Mass Spectrometry based methods for the elucidation of the structure of peptides, proteins, nucleic acids, polysaccharides, and other biomacromolecules.

This was the first event in our series focusing on Techniques for Biomacromolecular Structure Determination by Mass Spectrometry.

The event focused on Carbene Footprinting (Professor Neil Oldham, University of Nottingham) and Hydrogen Deuterium Exchange (Dr Kate Groves, LGC). We are grateful to both presenters who have give us permission to share their tutorial materal. Please see resources below.
