The nearest car parking is located at CitiPark Leeds Dock. There are 1500 parking spaces available and pre-bookings are available. The post code for CitiPark Leeds Dock is LS10 1LE. The carpark is a few minutes’ walk from Royal Armouries.
Blue badge holders are permitted to park on Armouries Drive free of charge. Parking at this location is subject to availability (Please liaise directly with the team at Royal Armouries prior to the event (Tel: 01132201990).
Public Transport:
Leeds railway station is the nearest mainline railway station to the venue. The station is 0.8 miles from Royal Armouries. Taxis are available from outside the station. Royal Armouries is an approximate 20-minute walk from Leeds City Centre via many routes.
Leeds Bradford Airport is approximately 40 minutes from Royal Armouries by car. There is a taxi rank at the airport and there is also a bus service with direct links to Leeds City Centre.
Bus connections are available from Leeds City Bus Station and include bus numbers 444 and 446. The journey time is approximately 5 minutes.
Leeds Water Taxis offer a scenic route between Granary Wharf (near the south entrance of Leeds train station) and Leeds Dock (by Royal Armouries). The trip takes approximately 15 minutes and costs £3.50 per person. Further information can be found here.
Food & Provisions:
The Masters Café is available in the foyer of Royal Armouries. The café serves freshly prepared hot drinks, light meals and homemade treats in a relaxed waterside setting.
There are also several cafes and coffee shops on The Boulevard which is directly opposite the main entrance to Royal Armouries. At the end of The Boulevard is a Tesco Express for any general provisions.
