Exhibition Information & Sponsorship Opportunities


The BMSS Annual Meeting would not be possible without the very generous support of ALL our exhibitors and sponsors. The Societies are most grateful for your support and will proactively work to facilitate a productive event experience for your organisation. 

Prize sponsorship options: 

There are judged prizes for oral, flash and poster presentations, plus the Delegates’ Choice Poster Prize, which is voted for by conference attendees. Sponsorship of the prizes includes acknowledgements on the BMSS website, in the conference programme and abstract booklet and in rolling slides during the Meeting.

Advertising opportunities: 

There are a number of single vendor/exclusive advertising opportunities at the conference, which include a 15 minute ‘partner’ presentation slot within the main conference schedule, display of pop-up banners (x2), advertising slides displayed on screens around the venue (where available), acknowledgements on the BMSS website and between-session slide decks, and a half-page advertisement in the conference abstract booklet.

  • Single-vendor/exclusive advertising at the Networking Supper Event (Tuesday 9th September 2026): £2,100 AVAILABLE!
  • Single-vendor/exclusive advertising at the Pre-Dinner Reception (Wednesday 9th September 2026): £1,800 AVAILABLE!
  • Single-vendor/exclusive advertising at the Conference Dinner (Wednesday 9th September 2026): £2,400 AVAILABLE!

Branding and messaging opportunities: 

  • Conference registration badge branding and messaging is available (£1,800). AVAILABLE!

This includes company branding on the rear of delegate badge inserts and the option to supply company-branded lanyards. This sponsorship also includes plus a 15 minute ‘partner’ presentation slot within the main conference schedule, a half-page advertisement in the conference e-Abstract booklet, acknowledgements on the BMSS website and in the conference programme as well as on rolling slides during the meeting. 

 


 

  • Sponsorship of the Post-Meeting Digital Content is available (£2,400), AVAILABLE!

This includes company branding on the presentation title slides (presentations are available to all registered delegates for 30 days post-meeting), a 15 minute ‘partner’ presentation slot within the main conference schedule, a half-page advertisement in the conference e-Abstract booklet, acknowledgements on the BMSS website and in the conference programme and rolling slides during the Meeting.   

Alternate Sponsorship Options:

Exhibition:

The exhibition will take place in Royal Armouries Hall. Posters and catering will also be in this room to maximise footfall. A floorplan of the venue is included below, showing the location of the exhibition plots. 

Note: Blue boxes denote bookable plots. Purple boxes denote booked plots. 

Standard exhibition plots are 3 x 2 m and include the following: 

  • 2 x full registration badges for the conference, Dai Games Symposium and Networking Supper (note that the Conference Dinner and Pre-Dinner Reception are not included and are charged separately). These badges are issued in your company’s name, therefore, they can be transferred as long as a maximum of two staff are on-site at any one time. Note: Additional personnel attending the in-person meeting will need to register as a regular delegate. Details to be released shortly.
  • Furniture (a table with tablecloth and two chairs) and power (2 x 13 Amp power sockets) 

There are 40 plots available, so early booking is advised. Multiple adjacent plots can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis (see prices below). 

Exhibition Prices: 

  • Single plot (6 sqm): £1,950 (inc VAT)
  • Double plot (12 sqm): £3,750 (Inc VAT)

Note: The three parallel scientific sessions are being held in Bury Theatre & Pearl Suite nearby to Royal Armouries Hall & the Plenary session will be in New Dock Hall. 

Exhibition Booking Procedure: 

  1. Refer to the exhibition floor plan above and select your preferred position(s). 
  2. E-mail the BMSS Meetings Secretary to provisionally reserve your position(s): meetingssec@bmss.org.uk Your nominated position(s) will be held for five (5) working days only. 
  3. Download the Exhibition Booking Form (see Resources Section at the bottom of this page) and complete the form within 5 working days, and return it as a signed pdf to meetingssec@bmss.org.uk. 
  4. On receipt of your completed booking form, the BMSS will e-mail you to confirm the booking. 

Conference Dinner: 

This event provides partner organisations with an exceptional opportunity to network informally with key members of the UK Mass Spectrometry Community.

The dinner will be held at 8.00 pm on the evening of Wednesday 9th of September in New Dock Hall adjacent to the Royal Armouries, with a Pre-Dinner drinks reception held in a Royal Armouries Gallery. 

Colleagues requiring more specific dietary options (including vegetarian) or with accessibility requirements should indicate their preference on the conference dinner online purchase form.
