Material can be sent directly to the hotel, however they do not have a lot of storage space, so can it arrive the day before only. The labelling should have the name of your company and the event name and date.
The only area to unload is the car park at the rear of the hotel, parking is £5.00 per day and you must validate your car number plate and pay on arrival.
