We invite researchers at all career stages to submit abstracts for oral presentations or posters. 

To be considered for an oral presentation or poster (ECR/ECS abstracts encouraged), please submit your abstract, stating which options you prefer by:

Oral & flash oral presentation abstract submission closes: 30th November 2026

Poster presentation abstract submission closes: 13th January 2027

• Maximum ~300 words, including title, authors, and affiliations. Note: these requirements supersede the text box word count references on the next page).
