Lipidomics SIG Meeting 2026 Exhibitor Booking


 
Welcome to the exhibition booking page for this year's BMSS Lipidomics SIG meeting. 

This 1-Day meeting is being hosted at the Gordon Museum of Pathology, King’s College London, on the 8th of July 2026.

EXHIBITION FEE: £540 inc. VAT

Each exhibition plot includes:

  • Single standard ‘bare’ plot: 3 x 2 m (6 sqm)
  • 2 x 13 Amp power sockets included
  • 1 x table, 1 x tablecloth and 2 x chairs included per plot
  • 1 x full registration badge included per plot

Exhibition bookings will close on the 24th June 2026.

Note 1: Exhibition space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and so bookings may close early if over subscribed.

Note 2: On-site registration for additional personnel will not be available.

Note 3: Additional personnel attending the meeting will need to register here as a delegate by the 24th June 2026.

To secure an exhibition plot at this event:

  1. Follow the payment process by completing the online payment form located at the foot of this webpage.
  2. Complete the Exhibition Booking Form and return it as a signed PDF to the BMSS Administrator, Lisa Sage: admin@bmss.org.uk.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel your registration for this meeting, please email the BMSS Administrator at admin@bmss.org.uk. Refunds will not be made unless we are able to resell your exhibition space to another vendor, in which case you will receive the value of the resale minus a £50 administration fee.
