Welcome to the BMSS-BSPR Super Meeting 2024 Meeting Registration Page for the In-Person Event.

On-Site Meeting delegate rates (includes digital access to recorded talks for a period of 30 days post-meeting):

FULL (3-DAY) EARLY BIRD registration fees up to & including 21st of July 2024:

  • BMSS/BSPR Full Member (& affiliated society):  £315.00
  • BMSS/BSPR Concessionary Member (student/retired/unwaged): £165.00
  • Non-member: £425.00
     

1-DAY EARLY BIRD registration fees up to & including 21st of July 2024:

  • BMSS/BSPR Full Member (& affiliated society):  £205.00
  • BMSS/BSPR Concessionary Member (student/retired/unwaged): £125.00
  • Non-member: £305.00
     

FULL (3-DAY) STANDARD registration after 21st of July 2024:

  • BMSS/BSPR Full Member (& affiliated society):  £390.00
  • BMSS/BSPR Concessionary Member (student/retired/unwaged): £240.00
  • Non-member: £515.00
     

1-DAY STANDARD registration fees after 21st of July 2024:

  • BMSS/BSPR Full Member (& affiliated society):  £270.00
  • BMSS/BSPR Concessionary Member (student/retired/unwaged): £200.00
  • Non-member: £395.00

Registration will close at midnight on the 18th of AUGUST 2024.

Note: In proceeding with registration you will only be able to see options relevant to your membership status. 

  • BMSS Members: Will need to be logged in to their membership account when registering in order to access the relevant booking fees. 
     
  • BSPR Members: Can use the previously circulated discount code to access the discounted BSPR member registration fees. Contact R.Jenkins@liverpool.ac.uk for assistance if you have not received your discount code (after first checking the spam/trash folder).
     
  • Members of the Chromatography Society & the RSC-SSG: Are invited to register for this meeting at the BMSS Full Member rate. Please contact admin@bmss.org.uk to obtain your discount code and include the following information in your email:
    • Your membership type (full or concessionary)
    • Your society membership number
    • Which element of the event you wish to participate in (in-person 3-day, in-person 1 day, digital only): admin@bmss.org.uk.
       
  • Non-Members: Can follow the link to subscribe to the BMSS and gain access to discounted registration rates for this meeting.

Note: On-site registration for additional personnel will not be available.

Code of Conduct for BMSS & BMSS Related Events:

By registering for this meeting, delegates are agreeing to abide by the BMSS's Code of Conduct for BMSS & BMSS Related Events.

Cancellation Policy:

BMSS will refund the cost of registration up to four weeks prior to the start of the event minus a £20 administration charge. Thereafter, refunds will not be made, however, if a colleague is able to attend in the registrant’s place, this will be welcomed, subject to any charge adjustment accruing from the substitute’s membership status.
