AI SIG 2024 Exhibitor Booking
The BMSS Ambient Ionisation Special Interest Group (SIG) will hold its eighth 1-Day meeting - a celebration of 20 years of Ambient Ionisation, at Thinktank, Birmingham Science Museum on the 1st of February 2024.
EXHIBITION FEE: £400
Each exhibition plot includes:
- Single standard ‘bare’ plot: 3 x 2 m (6 sqm)
- 2 x 13 Amp power sockets included
- 1 x table, 1 x tablecloth and 2 x chairs included per plot
- 1 x full registration badge included per plot
Note 1: Exhibition bookings will close on the 18th of January 2024.
Note 2: Exhibition space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and so bookings may close early if over subscibed.
Note 3: On-site registration for additional personnel will not be available.
Note 4: Additional personnel attending the meeting will need to register here as a delegate by the 18th of January 2024.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your registration for this meeting, please email the BMSS Administrator at admin@bmss.org.uk. Refunds will not be made unless we are able to resell your exhibition space to another vendor, in which case you will receive the value of the resale minus a £50 administration fee.
