PhD Positions are available within the mass spectrometry research.

Fully funded (to the UKRI standard stipend for 3.5 years) our modern, well equipped laboratory is looking for additional PhD researchers interested in ambient ionisation, food, forensics and environmental analysis. Working in partnership with industry partners in a range of fields the laboratory aims to develop novel technology to help understand where analytical chemistry can support a range of other chemistry functions. Whether your interest is in making better, faster, cleaner analyses or understanding more about pollution and the environment, a PhD from Surrey will put you in the driving seat for whatever future career you choose.
