An exciting opportunity has become available for a graduate to project manage the creation of an interrogatable development dashboard based on characterisation of Quorn’s existing proteome, to inform strain and process improvements that enables new product development. This position is initially for a 24 month fixed term contract, employed by Teesside University but based at Marlow Foods Ltd in Billingham, North East England. The appointed candidate will have access to a £4k dedicated training budget tailored towards their personal development, access to industry leading technology and supervision from a leading academic research team from Teesside University’s National Horizon Centre
Qualifications we require:
- Bio-analytical based
- PhD Degree in an appropriate Biological Sciences discipline
