Role Summary:

We are looking to recruit an experienced qualitative LC-MS/GC-MS Data Interpretation Specialist to join our team based at our state-of-the-art facility in South Manchester. In this role you will be responsible for processing raw GC-MS or LC-MS analytical chemistry data in line with study requirements to deliver meaningful results to a variety of clients to help drive safety in a range of industries The successful candidate will have a proven track record of applying their analytical chemistry knowledge and expertise to process qualitative data.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process raw GC-MS or LC-MS analytical data in line with study requirements for inclusion in report to client and ensure delivery within specified timelines

• Compliance with relevant regulatory standards (cGMP, GLP & ISO17025) and all Company requirements in relation to Health and Safety

• To collaborate across the organisation to ensure alignment and drive a high level of quality in delivering results to the client

• Support furthering the scientific development of other members of staff

• Help to build a culture that drives employee engagement, creating an enjoyable place to work

Requirements

The successful candidate will have
• A chemistry degree (or equivalent) and/or significant experience in processing qualitative GC-MS or LC-MS analytical chemistry data
• Previous experience of working to cGMP or GLP would be preferable
