Location & accessibility:

There is pay parking on the street in front of the venue address Bute Building - King Edward VII Ave, Cardiff CF10 3NB – Google Pin

There are accessibility ramps to the side of the building and to the venue room.

Oral speakers: 

Please come early on the day of the meeting, we will be there from 8 a.m to upload your presentation to the computer.

Poster presenters: 

Please prepare your poster in portrait orientation and come early on the day of the meeting, we will be on the site from 8 a.m..
