Pre-event Deliveries
There is very little storage space at the venue. Advance shipment can be made by prior arrangement (please contact Joe Gault at joseph.gault@astrazeneca.com)
On the day Deliveries & Parking
Unloading and loading of exhibitor materials can be arranged at the DISC but there is no bookable onsite parking. Visitors are strongly advised to use Car Park 2 https://www.sabaparking.co.uk/en/car-park/addenbrookes-car-park-2-cambridge If onsite parking is required for any specific reason, please contact the conference organisers to arrange.
Exhibition Timings:
Exhibition set up is from 08:30 on Wednesday 28th January, with tear down from 16:30 on Thursday 29th.
Each exhibition plot includes:
- Plot: Single standard ‘bare’ plot, around edge of room ~ 1.8 x 2.5m
- Furniture: 1 x table and 2 x chairs included per plot
- Registration: Three full delegate passes are included with standard sponsorship. Please contact the meeting organisers if more passes are required. Please register anyone attending as part of the sponsorship using the speaker’s registration option so they are registered for access to DISC https://www.bmss.org.uk/meeting-booking/biomacromolecular-structure-symposium-2026-day-2/ .
