Exhibitor Booking
The BMSS Biomacromolecular Structure SIG cannot function without the very generous support of our exhibitors and sponsors.
This 1-Day meeting will be held on Thursday 29th of January 2026 at The Discovery Centre, AstraZeneca, Cambridge.

EXHIBITION BOOKING PROCEDURE
- Please complete the Exhibition Booking Form (see Resources Section at the bottom of this page) and return it as a signed PDF to the BMSS Administrator: admin@bmss.org.uk.
- On receipt of the completed booking form, we will email to confirm the booking and send a copy of the booking invoice.
Note 1: Exhibitors must register all attendees using the "Speakers/exhibitors" option on the Symposium registration page.
Note 2: Exhibition space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and so bookings may close early if oversubscribed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel your registration for this meeting, please email the BMSS Administrator at admin@bmss.org.uk. Refunds will not be made unless we are able to resell your exhibition space to another vendor, in which case you will receive the value of the resale minus a £50 administration fee.
