Off-Loading on the Day: 

There are spaces directly outside the venue where small deliveries can be briefly offloaded before moving to the main car park.
 

 


Any large deliveries should offload around the back of the conference centre and in through the Cirrus room back door. Please speak to a member of staff onsite on the day and they will guide you.

Exhibition Space:

Exhibitors will not be able to set up the night before as the rooms are being used. The venue space will be available for set up from 8 am on the 28th of January. The meeting will be in one room so breakdown will need to take place after the meeting finishes i.e., at 16.45.  We will be going for drinks in the centre of Reading after the event with everyone welcome to join us.  More details on the day.

Each exhibition plot includes:

  • Single standard ‘bare’ plot: 3 x 2 m (6 sqm)
  • 2 x 13 Amp power sockets included
  • 1 x table and 2 x chairs included per plot
  • 1 x full registration badge included per plot

Note 1: On-site registration for additional personnel will not be available.

Note 2: Additional personnel attending the meeting need must have registered as a paying delegate.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your registration for this meeting, please email the BMSS Administrator at admin@bmss.org.uk. Refunds will not be made unless we can resell your exhibition space to another vendor, in which case you will receive the value of the resale minus a £50 administration fee
