We invite researchers at all career stages to submit abstracts for oral presentations, flash talks, and posters. This is your chance to present your work to a highly engaged audience!

• Submission Deadline: 19 the December 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: Week commencing 29^th December 2025
• Abstract Requirements: Maximum 150 words, including title, authors, and affiliations. Please indicate whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation. Submissions for orals not selected will be automatically considered for posters.
