BMSS2026 Conference Dinner Tickets

The Conference Dinner is being held on the evening of Wednesday 9th of September 2026. The Dinner will be immediately preceded by a pre-dinner drinks reception at 7.00 pm in the War Gallery at the Royal Armouries for an opportunity to view the exhibitions and network. The dinner will commence at 8.00 pm and will be held in the New Dock Hall (adjacent to Royal Armouries).
Delegates who did not opt to book a conference dinner ticket on registration but who now wish to attend the dinner may purchase a ticket separately online at a cost of £60/person inc. VAT (£50 exc.VAT)
Colleagues requiring more specific dietary options (including vegetarian) and/or with accessibility requirements should indicate their preference on the conference dinner online purchase form.
Note: Conference Dinner booking closes at midnight on the 21st of August 2026.
Dress code: Smart casual.
Code of Conduct for BMSS & BMSS Related Events:
By booking a ticket for this event, delegates attending the dinner are agreeing to abide by the BMSS's Code of Conduct for BMSS & BMSS Related Events.
Cancellation Policy:
The BMSS will refund the cost of the conference dinner booking up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the meeting, minus a £5 administrative charge. Thereafter, refunds will not be made, however, if a colleague is able to attend in your place, this can be arranged. To cancel or amend your booking, please email the BMSS Administrator: admin@bmss.org.uk.
