Dear BMSS Member,
The BMSS has three vacancies on the Executive Committee from the 1st October 2026. Four candidates have been nominated by the membership to fill these roles, and so a vote for selection is now required.

Voting
The four candidates are:
- Meng Li, University of Warwick
- Dan Lane, University of Leicester
- Sally Shirran, University of St. Andrews
- Idlir Liko, University of Oxford

The ballot will close at midnight on Friday 14th August 2026 with the results being formally announced at the 2024 BMSS AGM (scheduled to take place online on 17th September 2026). Further AGM details, such as the link to join, will be circulated closer to the time.
