Exhibitor Information


Pre-Event Deliveries:

No pre-event deliveries, however, pre-event setup can be done on the day from 8:45 a.m.

Off-Loading on the Day:

There is not parking in front of the venue address: Hodgkin Building – King’s
College London, Guy's Campus, Newcomen Street, London SE1 1UL

Exhibition Space:

Exhibitors will not be able to set up the night before. The venue space will be available for set up from 8:45 am on the 8th of July. The meeting will be in one room so breakdown will need to take place after the meeting finishes i.e., at 16.45.

Note: Anyone around on the night of Monday 7th of July is welcome to join us in the Slug & Lettuce (The Friary, Cardiff CF10 3FA).

Each exhibition plot includes:

  • 1 x 13 Amp power sockets included
  • 1 x table, 2 x chairs included per plot
  • 1 x full registration badge included per plot

Note 1: On-site registration for additional personnel will be available. However, please let us know if that is going to be the case by 2nd of July 2025

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your registration for this meeting, please email the BMSS Administrator at admin@bmss.org.uk. Refunds will not be made unless we can resell your exhibition space to another vendor, in which case you will receive the value of the resale minus a £50 administration fee.
