Off-Loading on the Day:

Exhibitors can set up from 08.30. There is the facility to briefly park up outside the Diamond to off load (there is no clear drop off area -  just pull in next to the entrance). 

Exhibition Space:

Each exhibition plot includes:

  • Single standard ‘bare’ plot: 3 x 2 m (6 sqm)
  • 2 x 13 Amp power sockets included
  • 1 x table, 1 x tablecloth and 2 x chairs included per plot
  • 1 x full registration badge included per plot

Exhibition bookings will close on the 2nd April 2026.

Note 1: Exhibition space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and so bookings may close early if over subscribed.

Note 2: On-site registration for additional personnel will not be available.

Note 3: Additional personnel attending the meeting will need to register here as a paying delegate by the 2nd April 2026.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your registration for this meeting, please email the BMSS Administrator at admin@bmss.org.uk. Refunds will not be made unless we are able to resell your exhibition space to another vendor, in which case you will receive the value of the resale minus a £50 administration fee.
