Biomacromolecular Structure Training Event 2027 - DAY 1
Welcome to the registration page for the Biomacromolecular Structure Training Event.
This 1-Day meeting is being held on Thursday 21st January 2027 at the Manchester Institute of Biotechnology, University of Manchester.
This first day (21st January 2027) will be focused on training in molecular simulation and integration of molecular modelling with MS data, with training delivered by world leaders in the field.
We aim to provide training in how to perform molecular simulation on a variety of biomolecules and a platform for the discussion of Structural MS more broadly. Molecular simulation is often represented at MS conferences, but not often given a bespoke space, as such the field remains fragmented and often inaccessible to beginners. We aim that everyone who attends the training day should leave with the ability to perform a basic MD simulation and CCS calculation, while those with more previous experience will get an opportunity to discuss the field with experts.
Registration Fees
- BMSS Concessionary Member (student/unwaged): £20.00
- BMSS Full Member (1 year/5 year): £55.00
- Non-member: £100.00

CANCELLATION POLICY:
BMSS will refund the cost of registration up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the event minus a £15 administration charge. Thereafter, refunds will not be made; however, if a colleague is able to attend in the registrant’s place, this will be welcomed, subject to any charge adjustment accruing from the substitute’s membership status.
