Annual Meeting 2026 Abstract Submission: Partner Presentations

Welcome to the BMSS2026 Abstract submission page for PARTNER PRESENTATIONS.

This abstract submission page is for the exclusive use of the six BMSS Partners who have made a contractual commitment to significantly sponsor the BMSS Annual Meeting 2026, in addition to exhibition space rental. Qualifying Partners are defined as organisations that have committed to one of the sponsorship or advertising options listed below. Qualifying Partners are invited to submit a Partner Presentation abstract.

Note: All classic delegate abstracts for inclusion in the main scientific programme should be submitted via the delegates’ abstract submission page.

• Single-vendor/exclusive advertising at the Networking Supper Event: £2,100 (AVAILABLE!) 
• Single-vendor/exclusive advertising at the Pre- Dinner Reception: £1,800 (AVAILABLE!)
• Single-vendor/exclusive advertising at the Conference Dinner: £2,400 (AVAILABLE!)
• Conference registration badge branding and messaging: £1,800 (AVAILABLE!)
• Post-Meeting Digital Content branding: £2,400 (AVAILABLE!)

Abstract submissions will be in the following format:

• Statement of novelty and/or impact of the work (Max. 50 words).
• Main abstract as a single paragraph without sub-headings (Max. 300 words).

Abstract deadline: 3rd August 2026
