Advances in the Study of Lipid and Protein Oxidation: from Methods to Targets

This conference has been organized by the MASSTRPLAN” (MASS spectrometry TRaining network for Protein Lipid adduct ANalysis) Innovative Training Network to bring together scientists in the fields of protein and lipid oxidation, as well as showcasing some of the work from MASSTRPLAN. There will be 10 Plenary lectures from leaders in the field and significant opportunities for selected oral presentations from abstract submissions.

The meeting registration fee is heavily subsidised (€60 including the conference dinner)

There are five scientific sessions:

  • Analytical methods for Lipid Oxidation
  • Bioinformatic tools for detection of oxidative PTMs
  • New approaches for the analysis of oxidative PTMs
  • Protein targets of oxidation and lipoxidation
  • Redoxomics: clinical and industrial applications
