Unleash Your Potential! Female Leadership in Mass Spectrometry Workshop

Date: 7th April 2024

Venue: IBL International GmbH, Flughafenstr. 52a 22335 Hamburg Germany

Meeting Details: The fact remains that most senior leadership positions (CEOs, deans, directors) are held by men. What does it take for women to embark on these kinds of positions, and to ensure their continued success?

This program aims to provide opportunities for personal and professional development, with the overarching strategy to increase the number of women in senior leadership positions. We are teaming up with well-known companies globally, to organize events for a select number of candidates.

Do you wish to step out of the shadows and explore what else is in your realm of possibilities and opportunities? If yes, then you are invited to apply for one of our “Out of the Shadows” events!

International Symposium on Chromatography – ISC 2024

Date:  6th-10th October 2024

Venue: Liverpool, UK

Meeting Details: ISC 2024 will be the 34th International Symposium on Chromatography and will take place in Liverpool, UK from 6-10 October 2024. ISC represents the oldest conference series focusing on separation science, having been organised since 1956 in each even year. ISC is internationally recognised as one of the premier meeting series for discussion of all modes of chromatography and separation science (and hyphenated techniques) with a broad coverage of techniques and applications.

The theme for the symposium is “Imagine a world of Chromatography” and the programme will reflect this theme covering the many disciplines where chromatography is an essential component of the analytical workflow. This will include applications of separation science in pharmaceutical, petrochemical, environmental, food and health sectors, as well as lectures on the fundamentals aspects of separation science and new technological developments. The symposium will also highlight new challenges and emerging opportunities for both separation science and associated detection technologies.

ISC 2024 will provide a forum for attendees from academia, industry and government research institutions for scientific exchange and networking. The world of chromatography offers many possibilities, and the symposium will allow imaginations to develop through the many lectures and networking opportunities. Our symposium is not only about the substantive programme. It is also about providing a friendly, welcoming environment that actively supports the next generation of separation scientists as well as the current one. The environment is one that fosters dialogue and face-to-face encounters not only in the symposium and exhibition halls, but also in the informal meetings and rich social program that is provided within a city that has a reputation for its vibrancy and culture.

The conference venue is on the banks of Liverpool’s world heritage waterfront, gateway to one of the world’s most famous ports. It is truly an awe-inspiring place, and we look forward to welcoming you to Liverpool where the imagination can truly be allowed to have free reign.
