The food and nutrition special interest group holds regular one
day meetings and special sessions at the BMSS 3-day conference
on applications of mass spectrometry in food and nutrition science.
Topics include flavour research, authentication, toxicology, nutrient
metabolism and other food related topics. Meetings and sessions
focus on practical applications and new developments.
Our group coordinators liaise with other BMSS special interest
groups with overlapping interests to avoid duplication of effort.
