food and nutrition science in addition to special sessions at
the BMSS 3-day conference. Topics include food safety, analysis
of compounds of nutritional and toxicological interest and biologically-active
components, food flavourings and taints, quality control, authenticity
and traceability, metabolomics and other food related topics.
